1. 📜 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FoxLudo ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated at foxludo.infodesk.tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FoxLudo website, mobile application, and all related services.

By registering an account, downloading our app, or participating in any tournament, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You are legally permitted to participate in skill-based gaming in your jurisdiction
• All information provided by you is accurate and truthful

2. 🎮 Platform Description

FoxLudo is a skill-based online Ludo gaming platform that allows users to:

• Play real-time multiplayer Ludo games against other players
• Participate in public and private tournaments
• Create and host their own tournaments (public or private)
• Win cash prizes from tournament prize pools
• Track rankings on live leaderboards

FoxLudo is a game of skill. The outcome depends on the player's strategy, decision-making, and in-game performance — not chance alone.

3. 🤝 Account Registration

To use FoxLudo's full features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with anyone
• Create only one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, including accounts found to be using unfair means, bots, or automation tools.

4. 🏆 Tournaments & Prize Pools

FoxLudo offers two types of tournaments:

• Public Tournaments: Open to all registered players. May have entry fees.
• Private Tournaments: Created by users for invited players only. Password-protected.

Prize pool distribution:

• Winner receives 70% of the total prize pool
• Runner-up receives 20% of the total prize pool
• Platform service fee: 10%

Entry fees, prize amounts, and tournament rules are displayed on each tournament card and may be updated at any time. FoxLudo reserves the right to cancel or modify any tournament in case of technical issues or policy violations.

5. 💰 Payments & Withdrawals

• Deposits and entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started
• Winnings can be withdrawn via UPI or bank transfer within 24–48 hours
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹50
• Maximum withdrawal per day: as per platform limits (displayed in wallet)
• FoxLudo complies with applicable GST/TDS deductions as per Indian law
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim winnings will result in permanent account suspension

6. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Using exploits, hacks, or bugs in the platform
• Impersonating other players or FoxLudo staff
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activities

7. 🛡️ Intellectual Property

All content on FoxLudo — including the name, logo, design, game mechanics, software, graphics, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of FoxLudo and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any FoxLudo content without prior written permission.

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

FoxLudo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxLudo shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings, winnings, or data due to technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances
• Actions of third-party payment providers

9. 🔄 Modifications to Terms

FoxLudo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

10. 🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
